I have seen this statement on many companies web site, "equal opportunity employer".....Well it is written , but is it in action? In any organization, whether Private or Government finding the right fit job for their employees abilities is a big challenge. All the organizations which are in success line, will have one thing in common, right person at the right place at the right time. With the reservation system in India, you can never expect Government to find right talented people for the challenging role. US is major among them. Recent Durbin-Grassley bill gives protection to US workers from H1 Migrant workers. Key factors in the bill are as follows: The Durbin-Grassley bill would prohibit companies from hiring H-1B employees if they employ more than 50 people and more than 50% of their employees are H-1B visa holders.
