Make money by spending time on social media - Ad Revenue Block Chain

Car, Home, Gold are NOT just the assets you own. The most important of all is DATA. That’s going to be your biggest asset in the future. Monetization of your own data is the future. In the near future, social media content will take over news, Movies, advertisement, Retail, Financial and other industries. Block chains is going to be the central piece of the puzzle for this revolution.

If you take a look at the current revenue per user by social media organizations:

• Google around $24.
• Facebook + WhatsApp + Instagram average revenue per user is $12.
• Twitter $6
• Snapchat $4.

Either you can think of this as a fee for the entertainment and social network they are providing OR You can think of this as someone selling your data and making money. Depends on how you see it.

I am not counting the $800 average Prime member spends on Amazon. Reason being you are getting a product physically, even if it is overpriced. With Social media it’s more of experience than physical product. You are creating experience in social media by creating and sharing content. And in turn your data is earning those companies big bucks.

Just to give a perspective about the market we are talking, Total internet ads are $61 Billion and mobile ads are $21Billion. More than 50% of business budget for advertising will be dedicated to mobile in the near future.

By age group people are going to see less TV with newer generations to come. Already people are spending more time on internet (Desktop + Mobile) than on TV. Snapchat has younger generation spending time sharing photos and videos. It is very AD friendly network.  These are the type of social networks we are going to see in the near future.

So there should be a revolution to monetize your data. You should be able to share income you are generating. If you are generating money for social media companies, You should be able to bargain a deal, saying I will generate more content on this platform and interact more at the cost of 25% profit sharing. 

Then you will get 

• $6 from Google, 
• $3 from Facebook,
• $2 from Twitter and 
• $1 from Snapchat Etc.,

Your total income by spending time and creating content on their platform is $12. Better than the $0 you are earning currently. It’s your own data, why can’t you make money out of it. This can be made possible with block chain technology.

I imagine with block chain you can get AD clicks of your content in social media. That record will be owned by 3 parties, advertiser, Social Medial Platform and the content generator (it’s YOU). You should be able to monetize based on those numbers and profit sharing you agreed with that social media organization.

This is not crazy thought, If you are living in my house, I expect you to pay rent.
