Car, Home, Gold are NOT just the assets you own. The most important of all is DATA. That’s going to be your biggest asset in the future. Monetization of your own data is the future. In the near future, social media content will take over news, Movies, advertisement, Retail, Financial and other industries. Block chains is going to be the central piece of the puzzle for this revolution. If you take a look at the current revenue per user by social media organizations: Google around $24. Facebook + WhatsApp + Instagram average revenue per user is $12. Twitter $6 Snapchat $4. Either you can think of this as a fee for the entertainment and social network they are providing OR You can think of this as someone selling your data and making money. Depends on how you see it. I am not counting the $800 average Prime member spends on Amazon. Reason being you are getting a product physically, even if it is overpriced. With Social media it’s more of experience than physical product....

Now a days most of the Media is biased, so biased that it is creating sympathy for the people they are targeting. Gone are the days people used to trust what media published. After popularity of social media, people started asking questions on authenticity of the news. I believe the role of main stream media (print, electronic) is turned into analysis rather than breaking news.News is directly coming from the sources to the masses. So media can never overtake social media speed in breaking news. We can see media picking up the photos and tweets to build their story. If media analysis has so much paralysis, in the future readers will go back to their tweets, instagrams, facebook posts. On an average each user is earning around $16 per annum to Facebook. Celebrities don't need coverage from new papers, politicians are NOT solely dependent on electronic media publicity. Many predictions by these power house media went for a toss in the recent elections in different countries. I...

Recently I relocated to Charlotte, NC. Now working as Senior Manager Analytics for Wal-Mart. Here are the states I lived in, NOT the states I visited. Every state added few characteristics to my personality. Hopefully making me better person. Thank you god for all the great learning opportunities. Started my journey with Chicago Winds, moved on to Coldest Minneapolis and from there to costliest Connecticut, Hottest Arizona, Tornado alley Arkansas to Naturally wonderful Charlotte. Don't like something so much that you can't live without it. Don't hate something so much that you can't coexist with it.   

We all know the recent story about Jet.com, it was bought by Walmart for $3.3 Billion. I am NOT writing about that. But I am writing about the "Degree of relativity to Truth". Now we all know the ecommerce site is a hit , creator and investor made lot of money. If you look at the interpretations of this success it will be interesting. There are several angles to the success theory. Some UX sites started claiming that JET.com success is due to their investment in user experience. Some eCommerce sites claiming that .COM business is not a bubble, it's real thing. Innovators, angel investors, designers and business owners everybody have their perspective to this. In real world there are many versions, your version, my version, our version and the truth. One of us have closer degree to the truth. I believe all of them are right "together", but none of them are right individually . If you look at all of this, success has many fathers....
