I started observing the business model of various companies lately. Let's take the example of Walmart, the number one company in the world. Why is it Numero Uno ? I can think of below 3 reasons 1. It selling goods in a country where there is huge purchasing power and they look for cheap and best things for daily use. 2. It gets most of the things from the worlds unbeatable cheapest manufacturer, of course CHINA. 3. It completely outsourced its IT activities to India. Walmart alone give $1 Billion bill to the Indian IT companies. That makes it Number 1 I guess. No need to mentioned the matured operation model over the year.

Hope everybody is doing well with their deeds. I guess this would be my last blog of the year. I don't want to write about what I gained or what I lost in 2010. I don't either want to talk about 2011. But I can tell you I am short of my goals. Take a break, chill out, life is long. OK, thank you all for reading through my blogs.
