I know i have chosen the most sensitive topic so called POLITICS ,moreover it is about comparing INDIA and USA. ACCEPTING: I dont have enough experience to write about this topic, but trying to pend down something which i feel. The other day i was watching the "presedential Debate" between Obama and McCain. It is so professional, criticizing the thoughts and words of each other and never tried to blame each other personally. They are discussing on strategy which is good for country on topic by topic basis. They professionally shook hands at the end of the debate. What is good for country and why they feel it is good. I just want to mention my stress busters...... try them when you are in stress... this might work for you also.... 1. Start listening to music, especially inspirational. songs in your mother tongue work more better. 2. Read comics online 3. Watch comedy scenes in Youtube or other online sources 4. Go for long walk, gym 5. The best of all, call one of the old friends you have not spoke to him since long.....(it works like magic.) These things worked out for me, it might work for you also...... One more bottom line, the best thing that can save you from stress all the times is your HOBBY..... If you dont have one.....start thinking what suites your mindset or what keeps you excited all the times???????
