I tried the below varieties of culinary art in the recent past. I am not mentioning about the Indian food, which I love to great extent, other than that I tried below International  food tastes of course all of that I tried are veggies. Here is the order in which I prefer and few words about that country. Ethiopian : It is the only country in Africa which has alphabets. Its one of two countries in Africa, which is independent since long time. Earliest trace of human race is found here in the world. Injira is similar to Indian Dosa and it is Fantastic. I would love to eat this food again. Mexican: I liked Chipotle. Veggie rice bowl, taco, burrito are good. I can eat veggie rice bowl without getting bored. Italian: It doesn't need much introduction. I like Pasta,  Lasagna. Pasta prepared with  marinara sauce is my favorite in Italian dish. I watched Shashi Tharoor speech on India as a Soft Power, I liked it and here are some things which caught my attention. Elephent (India) and Tiger(China) are becoming next world power. We have worlds 4th largest Army. We will overtake china by 2034 in Population, becoming worlds number 1 in population. We have 5th largest economy in the world. We are growing constantly at 6.7%, when worlds largest economies are shrinking. Somehow this is not adding up to the soft power. Hollywood, Pepsi, Coke, McDonald's helped America become a soft power. They have done more than American Govt in making US soft power. Countries are judged on the popularity, communication, information, branding as soft power. We are larger than US in terms of Telecommunications. Once in India there was 8 years long wait time to get telephone connection. Now we are selling 15 million cell phones a year. I don't have any articles in the recent past. Well actually I am little busy in petty things like cooking and eating :-) Lets see what stuck my mind today. Its about separate state agitation in Southern part of India. Some people want separate state Telangana from  Andhra Pradesh --> India --> Asia, that is the farthest I can identify it globally. Some how I strongly believe the recent political turmoil in Andhra has to do with EX CM. Once the strong CM (he was good or bad) passed away, things are getting destabilized in Andhra. I personally believe, dividing country into smallest possible pieces will not get progress. We are still fighting with neighbor states to resolve Water Resources. One thing I can clearly understand from this issue is, its very easy to raise the sentiments of people.
