Columbus Confused ...

It was 1492, Columbus was in search of India, which is rich of gold, pearls and spices. He started travelling west till he reaches Asia. After a long journey than expected he reached America and thought it was India. He read in history books that Indians are wheatish in color. But in the place he landed (America) all the people are red in color. So he called them Red Indians. That's history.

Lets take a funny / Imaginary story , what happens if Columbus comes to America again.

Its 2009, Columbus travelled all the way and reached an Island. This time he don't want to jump on to conclusion like earlier, he docked his ship and started roaming on the roads. He saw people in all colors, he recollected , if the people are in red it must be Native Americans. But he was not able to find a single native American. Though his sixth sense told it was the same America he discovered centuries back, he just want to confirm it.

He thought of checking-in a hotel. He went near by "Motel 6", he was greeted by "Rajan Patel", owner of the hotel. He thought he landed in India. He don't know the fact nearly 50% of economy lodges and 35% of hotels in US are owned by Indians. He checked into the room, he still remembers last time mistake of finding America and calling that India. He don't want to do that again.

He thought of visiting a near by University to checkout more facts. He carefully counted the majority people race, again he found most of them being Asians. He don't know the fact that Majority of the US Students in US Universities are Asians.

Now with his long journey he felt sea sickness. He thought of visiting a doctor. He took appointment and he found that most of the doctors are again Indians. He is not aware of the fact that there are countless Indian origin doctors in US.

After confirming these many things, Columbus was completely convinced with the fact that he landed in India again. He wrote it in his history books and left to his home country. Poor Columbus , Confused again...
