We all know the recent story about Jet.com, it was bought by Walmart for $3.3 Billion. I am NOT writing about that. But I am writing about the "Degree of relativity to Truth". Now we all know the ecommerce site is a hit , creator and investor made lot of money. If you look at the interpretations of this success it will be interesting. There are several angles to the success theory. Some UX sites started claiming that JET.com success is due to their investment in user experience. Some eCommerce sites claiming that .COM business is not a bubble, it's real thing. Innovators, angel investors, designers and business owners everybody have their perspective to this. In real world there are many versions, your version, my version, our version and the truth. One of us have closer degree to the truth. I believe all of them are right "together", but none of them are right individually . If you look at all of this, success has many fathers....

Rules of the New Born: From a sleep deprived Dad Baby will always cry either when you are sleeping or when you are eating. They will smile when your camera is not ready. Babies sleep 16 hours on average, needless to say those 8 hours during night time. They will cry loud when you are changing their dress or giving them bath. When you have their best clothes on, they poop. Mean time of diaper changing should be as less as possible to avoid fountains in the case of baby boys. Babies like poop in new diaper, the moment you get them new diaper they poop. Diapers, wash clothes and milk is what they need. They are the fastest ever known machines to man , that can convert milk to poop. Never under estimate the farting speed and smell of a baby.

I attended Chick-fil-A leader cast 2013 on May 10th. This year concept is Simply Lead. It was very interesting session with leaders like Jack Welch, Condoleezza Rice, Rorke Denver (Navy Seal trainer), John Maxwell etc., All the leaders presented sessions this year excelled in their respective careers, each of them spent around 30 mins talking about Simply Lead. Just to give you a background of leader cast, it has been happening from last 10 years. This year it was live cast from 750 different sites in US, around 120,000 people attended the sessions and in North West Arkansas around 1900 people attended it. NWA is largest site outside Atlanta.
