Can we squeeze any of these efforts ? You mean I need to work in nights. We need to collaborate more. I know, I called them for a beer, they don't want to come.

This is another funny series like counter-encounter I published in 2010. It supposed to be funny, not to hurt any one. I am trying to target usual workplace questions. How is your day ? Ask me that question on a weekend, I will positively answer. How is it going ? Now or before you came here ? If you can do that, I would appreciate that. I am not trying to please you. Can we meet the dead line ? Yes, if you can get off my head. Can I ask you a stupid question ? Stupidity is not a crime, but you hare right to remain silent. Give you 100% at work ? Well I can't let you suck my blood 100%. You need to show your leadership skills. oops, I forgot at home. Think outside box. That't why I am taking my brain for a walk. You need to motivate team. I know, but beer is not allowed at work. You have to identify areas of growth. I know my tummy is not one of them.

Today I was able to spend some time in Gartner Conference. All the speakers are having wealth of knowledge and most importantly they work closely with executives of all big companies. One speaker I should mention specifically is Hung Lehong. He is wealth of knowledge and he can tie you to your seat with his knowledge. Internet of things : This topic is all about connected devices talking to each other. The device can be your refrigerator complaining about lack of milk OR your car reminding you about servicing. Another example is your plants tweeting you that it has to be watered. You will feel this is possible after the below explanation. A sensor will be planted in your garden. Moisture sensors are available as low as $1.25 in Taiwan. It will connect to your wi-fi and send standard message through the controller. Sounds simple or Scary ? ...
