Self Matters - I

I just started reading another book "Self Matters" By Phillip McGraw. So far interesting, while reading few books we feel the book is about us, this is one of such books. Some quotes I gather from that book are as follows, more to come once I finish the book.

The life which is unexamined is not worth living.

Write down the 10 Defining Moments, 7 Critical Choices, 5 Pivotal People in your life.

Not so stupid anymore, Not so young anymore, not so naive anymore.

Don't live live defined from "outside in" rather live from "inside out".
