Equal Oppurtunity Employer...

I have seen this statement on many companies web site, "equal opportunity employer".....Well it is written , but is it in action?

In any organization, whether Private or Government finding the right fit job for their employees abilities is a big challenge. All the organizations which are in success line, will have one thing in common, right person at the right place at the right time.

With the reservation system in India, you can never expect Government to find right talented people for the challenging role. Its tough but still Govt of India is rolling ........ that's India my friends !!!

Coming to US, recently they came up with a bill in senate. For all the bailed out companies there are strict rules for employing H1 employees. So even though the companion US candidate is not flexible , costly, not technically well suited Still you have to go ahead with that resource.

There is a rule in Forest, "Survival of the Fittest". Let break it and see. Since Lion is strong we will not allow lion to search food in the areas where weak animals like deers live. Water is reserved for all weak animals first and elephant, lion has to wait in queue for drinking water. They have some timings reserved for drinking water, they cant have outside that timing. No Lion or Tiger can kill more than 3 animals in a weak. They will be penalised, for any harassment on weak animals.

This way, i am sure elephant, lion and tiger will cry because they were not weak animals. Only system we defined can make us feel bad for not being weak. Instead of that, why can't we design system such a way to encourage more and more talent.

I am not against protecting rights of the weak, but against downplaying the talent. Open your eyes, Don't break the equilibrium.

Those intelligents who designed the system, made sure no other can reach till that point again.

Oh God, give me backwardness so that my system will make me strong, if you give me talent my system will make me cry on my knees........
